Amira Norris

With more than 20 years’ experience to date across all areas of Financial Planning, Amira is an award winning Chartered Financial Planner and PFS Fellow. Now specialising in the UK Wrap Platform evolution, working with multi award-winning investment platforms, she champions deeper connectivity, via strong partnerships and true digitisation. Amira spends her time seeking out and creating opportunities to inspire people to come together. She is passionate about mentorship and is dedicated to building inclusive cultures where everyone belongs. Amira lives by the motto, ‘we rise by lifting others’.

Julie is a multi-award-winning mentor and executive coach, a Business Psychologist speaking nationally on leading authentically. She is a seasoned and successful NED, passionate about the value of strengths coaching in mentorship and the power of sponsorship to create high performing, gender balanced teams. After 20 years of senior leadership, including developing leadership standards across the UK, Julie founded The Success Architect® utilising her academic smarts in providing practical solutions which fast track her clients’ career goals. She now focuses on coaching senior women to flourish in their professional challenges ensuring they inspire, influence and make significant impact, resulting in the rewards and recognition her clients deserve.
